آغاز سال ۲۰۱۹ میلادی را به همه هم میهنان مسیحی و دوستداران مسیحی ایرانیان در سراسر جهان شادباش می‌گویم و امیدوارم که سال نو نویدبخش روندی در راستای رهایی و آزادی ملت ایران باشد، و ما ایرانیان بتوانیم سال نو را سال سرآغازی نو به شمار آوریم.
روند پاکسازی جهان از حکومت های دیکتاتوری و ضد مردمی در طی شش دهه گذشته نشانگر آن بوده است که جامعه بشری خود را برای تمدنی نوین آماده می کند. جهانی شدن هرگز تحقق نخواهد یافت اگر همه کشورهای جهان مردمسالار نگردند و رعایت حقوق بشر در سراسر جهان نهادینه نشود.
سر برآوردن دمل های چرکین افراطگرایی و خشونتگرایی بر پایه تعصب مذهبی، یا سوء استفاده از تعصب مذهبی برپایه توطئه های سیاسی و بلندپروازی های سلطه گرانه قرون وسطایی، که بی تردید نابود و ریشه آنها خشک خواهد شد، نشانه اراده جامعه بشری برای پاکسازی درونی و دستیابی به آرمان یکپارچگی سیاسی در سراسر جهان است؛ آرمانی که بیست و شش سده پیش کورش بزرگ بنیانگذار آن بود و آزادی اندیشه و آزادی گزینش را حق مسلم انسانها اعلام کرد.
حکومتهای خودکامه و فاسد و ضد مردمی که فقط یکصد سال پیش اکثریت کشورهای جهان را تشکیل می دادند، اکنون انگشت شمار هستند؛ و سردمداران آنها که باقی مانده اند از سرنوشت امثال پینوشه، میلوسویچ، صدام حسین و معمر قذافی عبرت بگیرند و به صدای ملت خود و ضروریات جهان امروز پاسخ بدهند که فردا برایشان خیلی دیر خواهد بود.

Happy New Year 2019
To all Iranian Christians in Iran and Abroad
I wish a happy New Year of 2019 for all Christian Iranians and Christian friends of Iranians all over the world; and hope that the New Year will herald changes toward freedom and deliverance of the Iranian nation from tyranny, so we the Iranians can consider this New Year as a new beginning.
The trend of cleansing the world of tyrannical and anti-human rights governments during the past six decades shows that the world community is preparing for a new civilization. Globalization will never be achieved unless all countries of the world democratize and human rights become institutionalized.
Resurgence of the ugly disease of religious fanaticism and barbaric violence, or the taking advantage of it by political intrigue for the purpose of achieving outdated expansionist and neocolonial dreams, promises their total uproot and annihilation. This is the will of human society in order to achieve a world order of political unity, an ideal Cyrus the Great established some twenty six centuries ago when he declared that all humans are free and have freedom of choice.
Tyrannical, corrupt and unpopular governments which governed majority of the countries of the world some hundred years ago are now but a few. And those still remaining must take a hint from what happened to the likes of Pinochet, Milosevic, Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi, and answer the call of their peoples by accepting the inevitable of today, for tomorrow may be too late.
